What is a Sunny Room?
It is a room full of art materials, tools, cobwebs and creation dusts. But it is more than that…
Being an expat for a third of my life, I have changed houses, rooms, and working spaces a lot! But the one thing I keep constant is having a place where I can free my mind…and that is my sunny room! It is more than a physical room. It is a state of mind and a conscious decision to make the “kid in me” go free to wander and wonder.

Books
My background in science education inspired me to write books that tackle concepts to kids in a fun and friendly way. Kids smell it when adults seem “preachy” and most often gets wary on listening to them. I wanted to talk to kids through my stories in ways that they can effectively grasp the subject without the “teaching” feel. I first imagine myself as the child opening a book. What will make me smile? What will make me stop and look closely? What can make me remember a page?
I hope that through my stories, more children would be able to turn on their curiosity and open their senses to the colourful world of learning.
